We launched our Fair Chance Program in 2016 to give all our neighbors the opportunity to access meaningful employment in manufacturing with a rewarding role that not only empowers them, but also helps strengthen our community.

From adjusters to machine operators, we provide each team member with the training and training support they need to have a successful career in the manufacturing industry.
We pair each team member with a Better Lives Coach who helps them set goals and remain accountable in their personal and professional lives.
From housing assistance to transportation and financial counseling, we surround each team member with the tools and resources they need to thrive at work and in life.
When you choose JBM Packaging, you directly support our effort to create better lives for our Fair Chance team members. Every package and filling order provides employment opportunities to those who could otherwise be overlooked. Approximately one-quarter of our team members are currently employed through this program.
