Whatever it is, our Innovation Team is dedicated to creating better designs, identifying new materials and pushing the limit of our equipment and technology to develop better solutions for you.

We offer personalized coaching, financial programs, health and wellness resources, continuing education support and opportunities for advancement.
Through our Fair Chance Program, formerly incarcerated people receive a second chance to change the course of their lives by developing transferable and meaningful job skills. Our network of partners helps our Fair Chance team members with transportation, housing, helps them become thriving members of the community.
Within our local community, we actively support nonprofit organizations, including Interfaith Hospitality Network of Warren County, Family Promise of Warren County, CityLink, and others. Through active support and partnership, we help extend their reach and impact.
We provide career opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals to learn transferrable and meaningful job skills, because we believe that everyone deserves a second chance. Learn more about our Fair Chance Program.

With two, full-time Better Lives Coaches on staff, every employee has the opportunity to confidentially meet with a coach to talk about what they need to advance in their careers and in life.
